This action is a statutory will contest, instituted in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis by the curatrix of the grandson, the only lineal descendant and heir at law of the testator, against the other devisees and legatees named in the purported will, the issues joined involving fraud, undue influence and lack of testamentary capacity. The paper writing, dated February 14, 1921, offered in evidence by the proponents, purporting to be the last will and testament of Frederick Moll, deceased, was found by the jury not to be the last will and testament of deceased.
