The defendant, Fred Segermond, was convicted of robbery, and sentenced to hard labor in the penitentiary of this state for a term of ten years, from which judgment he appeals to this court. The record contains the information, the bill of exceptions, saving exceptions to the overruling of an objection to the introduction of any evidence under the information, the instructions of the court to the jury, the verdict of the jury, the motion for new trial and in arrest of judgment, and the judgment on the verdict of guilty as charged.
