The bill of complaint herein was filed to secure an accounting in and a termination of a trust incident to which plaintiff was serving as trustee and the defendant Edna M. Forsyth was the cestui que trust. ‘The’ defendants Mueller" and Teifer have unsatisfied judgments rendered against the Bankers Trust Company of Muskegon as\trus- ' tee. Each of the parties defendant claims that the trust company, is “personally and individually liable” for payment of these judgments.
