Personal injury case. Plaintiff, a boy fifteen years of age, on November 23, 1916, was employed by defendant in its cornmeal mill at Aurora, Lawrence County, Missouri, and the fingers of his right hand were caught between the rollers in said mill and injured to such an extent that amputation was necessary.
