This is an action in rem brought by the attorney general seeldng to have condemned and destroyed a certain pinball machine designated as “One Rally Coney Island No. 21011.”

The information, after giving a description of the pinball machine, alleged that it was a gambling device, adapted and designed for the purpose of playing thereon and therewith a game of chance for money or property.
