Reversing.

The appellee (defendant) was a dry goods merchant at Central City, Kentucky, and on the 23d day of January, 1913, he executed the writing sued on, which, among other things, is an order, to appellant (plaintiff) for thirteen symphony, hornless talking machines, together with records, needles and other attachments necessary for their use.
