Reversing.

Appellant, whom we will refer to as the plaintiff, sued the appellees, T. J. Smith and J. E. Hall, for $1,750.00 damages for alleged fraud practiced upon him in the sale of a farm, and in addition, sought to have cancelled a note for $550.00, which he had given for a part of the purchase price. He was unsuccessful.. In October, 1921, defendants Smith and Hall owned cf record a farm in Hardin county, containing 12414 acres.
