Appellant, J. M. Case Mill Manufacturing Company, a Kentucky corporation, brought this action against appellee, T. S. Yickers, to recover the sum of $368.20, balance due on the purchase price of a sifter system which appellant sold to appellee for use in his flouring mill at Hamlettsburg, Illinois.
