HODGES, Justice.

William Allen Vaughn (applicant) seeks review of the September 23, 1987, decision of the Oklahoma Board of Bar Examiners (Board) which denied his application for admission to practice law following a Rule 11 hearing. 1 Upon consideration of events during the time Vaughn was employed as a high school teacher which involved two female students who were 14 years of age at the time, the Board found Vaughn “failed to establish that he had sufficient moral character, due respect for the law, and fitness to practice law as required by Rule 1, Section 1 of the Rules Governing…
