The plaintiffs have appealed from a judgment of dismissal rendered upon an order sustaining a demurrer to their complaint. The complaint purports to contain two causes of action. It is alleged in the first cause of action that in 1840 Joseph *62Sylva, then a resident of Philadelphia, died intestate on the high seas, leaving a widow, Sarah M.
