MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHNSON, District Judge.
This case came on to be heard on the plaintiffs’ motion for temporary restraining order and interlocutory injunction (doc. 2), which the court set for a hearing on the court’s motion docket of September 11, 2002. Each party was present by and through his counsel of record and the court heard oral argument on said motion.
