This is a condemnation proceeding in which the plaintiff, Virgin Islands Housing Authority, has filed objections to the report of the commission appointed under 28 V.I.C. § 418 to determine the issue of just compensation for the condemned property. Section 418(d) provides that review of the report of the commission shall be governed by Rule 53(e) (II) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
