This appeal arises from the conviction and sentence of appellant, Wayne Bowker, in Benton County Circuit Court for the second-degree sexual assault of C.W., a minor. Appellant was charged with one count of second-degree sexual assault, a violation of Ark. Code Ann. § 5-14-125(a)(4)(A)(iii) (Supp. 2001), a class B felony. Appellant was convicted by a jury and sentenced to ten years’ imprisonment.
