Appellant Janice Jones appeals the order of the Pulaski County Circuit Court terminating her parental rights over her daughter, P.J., and placing custody with Appellee Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS). Appellant raises three points for reversal. The first point raises the issue of the sufficiency of the evidence to support the trial court’s decision to terminate her parental rights, while the second and third points raise constitutional issues.
