This vaction was brought by Lulu K. Enos, Anna K. Livingston, Eleanor K. Sanders, Alys K. Walters and Dorothy Keenan (by her attorney in fact) against Mary Armstrong and Bay Armstrong (her husband), and Bex Keenan, and H. B. P. Carden, executor of the estate of Michael Keenan, deceased. Plaintiffs and defendants Mary Armstrong and Bex Keenan are all children of the deceased Michael Keenan, and equal beneficiaries under his will. The main purpose of the action was to secure a declaration of the rights of plaintiffs under two written leases, the one entered into by H. B. P. Carden, as executor…
