A general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted Appellant, contrary to his pleas, of conspiracy to obstruct justice, breaking restriction (seven specifications), and wrongfully attempting to influence the testimony of a witness (three specifications), in violation of Articles 81 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 934 (2000).
