TUCKETT, Justice.

The plaintiff initiated these proceedings for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of an inter vivos trust established by Della Zillah C. Rentmeister who was the grandmother of the plaintiff and the mother of the defendants. A declaration of trust was drafted by attorney for Della Zillah C. Rentmeister, the settlor, on October 3, 1968. The trust instrument was subscribed by the settlor and the three trustees herein named as defendants on that day.
