May 22, 1933:

The Perkiomen Trunk and Bag Company sued the Southern Mutual Insurance Company on a policy of fire insurance dated May 2,, 1930, insuring the plaintiff against loss by fire for a term of one year beginning April 29,1930. On December 17,1930, a fire occurred at plaintiff’s plant and a large quantity of property was destroyed or damaged by fire. The total sum of insurance carried on the property was $403,000, divided among twenty-seven companies.
