MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

ENRIGHT, District Judge.

This action seeks broad, equitable relief from the effects of the failure of United States National Bank and alleged misconduct antecedent to the bank’s demise. Defendant Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, in its capacities as a corporation and as receiver for United States National Bank, moves to dismiss the action under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1), (6) and (7).
