The plaintiffs, court officers of the Superior Court and various Municipal and District Courts in Suffolk County, 2 commenced this action on July 27,1978, in the Superior Court in Suffolk County. Their complaint, as amended, sought declaratory and injunctive relief against the auditor and collector-treasurer of the city of Boston.
