Evis Manufacturing Company, a corporation, hereafter referred to as Evis, and Arthur N. Wells have petitioned this Court to review and set aside an Order made and entered by respondent Federal Trade Commission on the 23rd day of March, 1959, ordering petitioners to cease and desist from making certain specific representations in connection with the offering for sale, sale or distribution of the device known as the Evis Water Conditioner.
