On the court’s own motion, its decision and order, both dated November 13, 1978, are vacated and recalled, and the following substituted decision is rendered: Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 10, 1977, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the first degree (three counts) and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
