REED, District Judge.
1. The defendants admit that the bankrupt was insolvent July 7, 1903, when the petition in bankruptcy was filed' against him. Without reviewing the testimony in detail, it must suffice *966to say that a careful consideration of it shows that on June 8th, preceding, his assets and liabilities were substantially as follows:
