The' referee found that each of the petitioners, within the four months immediately preceding the filing of the petition in bankruptcy, had received from the bankrupt a preference voidable under the bankruptcy act, which had not been surrendered by them to the bankrupt estate, and upon this ground rejected their respective claims.
