STEPHENSON, Chief Judge.
This matter is before the Court on a petition for review of the Referee’s Order allowing the claim of Employers *44Mutual Casualty Company (hereinafter referred to as the Surety) as a secured claim. Petitions for review have been filed by the Trustee and the United States of America challenging findings of fact and conclusions of law rendered by the Referee, in which it was adjudged that a claim of the Surety in the amount of $27,032.54 was a secured claim, entitled to payment in full, prior to the claims of the trustee in bankruptcy and prior to the claim of the United…
