Plaintiff, David Stubbs, d/b/a Stubbs Dental Laboratories, hereinafter referred to at times as “Stubbs,” sued defendants, Patterson Dental Laboratories, McKinney Dental Laboratories, Patterson-McKinney Laboratories, Inc., Denticon Laboratories, and American Hospital Supply Corporation, hereinafter referred to at times as Patterson-McKinney, seeking damages from having been temporarily enjoined by defendants, former employer of plaintiff, from operating a dental laboratory.
