—The City of Kennewick was granted discretionary review of the dismissal of reckless driving *901and driving while under the influence of alcohol charges granted on Ms. Vandergriff's motion to dismiss for failure to comply with JCrR 3.08, the district court speedy trial rule. We affirm.

Patricia Vandergriff was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving. Arraignment on the two charges was held on January 31, 1985, in Benton County District Court.
