This appeal raises a variety of due process and procedural issues concerning the revocation of Dr. Henry A. Plan-tier’s (the doctor) license to practice medicine in this State. We conclude that the New Hampshire Board of Registration in Medicine committed reversible error in considering a complaint over nine years old and in denying the appellant an open hearing. We therefore vacate and remand for a new hearing.
