This matter is before us on the report of the hearing officer appointed by this Court to hear evidence on the Disciplinary Commission's Verified Complaint for Disciplinary Action, and the post-hearing pleadings of the parties. We find that the respondent engaged in attorney misconduct by representing clients with conflicting interests, failing to explain matters to the extent reasonably necessary to permit clients to make informed decisions about the representation, entering into an unreasonable business transaction with them, and failing to expedite the litigation.
