Before the Court is Plaintiff/Counterclaim Defendant Whitman & Company, Inc.’s motion to dismiss the counterclaims of Defendant/Counterclaim Plaintiff Long-view Partners (Gurnsey) Limited. For the foregoing reasons, the motion to dismiss is DENIED.
