AMY, Judge.
hThe defendant appeals his convictions for one count of aggravated rape, in violation of La.R.S. 14:42, and two counts of sexual battery, in violation of La.R.S. 14:43.1. For the following reasons, we conditionally affirm and remand for an eviden-tiary hearing.
