AMY, Judge.
_JjA defendant was charged with aggravated rape and two counts of sexual battery. A jury found him guilty as charged. The defendant appealed. Among his assignments of error, the defendant alleged that the trial court erred by allowing the jurors to view documentary evidence during deliberations. This court conditionally affirmed his convictions and sentences and remanded for a determination of whether La.Code Crim.P. art. 793 was violated.
