GIERKE, Justice.

Gary Burgard appeals from a judgment of conviction entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance. We affirm.

In late 1987, Charles Turner, an undercover officer with the Drug Enforcement Unit, was working in the Minot area with a confidential informant, Larry Martin. On December 18, 1987, Martin introduced Turner, using the alias “Steve,” to Todd Rosemore at Rosemore’s place of business.
