Quadrino & Schwartz, P.C. (“Q & S”), former counsel for Universal Acupuncture Pain Services, P.C. (“Universal”) and Dr. Dipak Nandi, has filed an application seeking: (1) an expedited hearing to fix the retaining and charging liens of Q & S and to determine the amount of attorney’s fees and disbursements due Q & S; and (2) an order requiring payment of the amount due fixed by the Court, or requiring the clients to post adequate security to pay the amount due fixed by the Court.
