It is alleged in the bill of complaint that the complainant is a corporation, organized under and by virtue of the laws of the state of California, for the purpose of carrying on a general lumbering business, operating mills, railroads, chutes, tramways, and all other structures, appurtenances, and appliances necessary and proper for the conduct of said business, and, as such corporation, has ever since the-day of September, 1897, been engaged in carrying on a lumbering business in the county of Siskiyou, in this state; that the respondent is a corporation organized and…
