I. Introduction
This matter is before the Court on Defendant Dwight Barbee’s motion to dismiss the claims against him under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2) and, in the alternative, motion for judgment on the pleadings under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(c). Plaintiff Alycia Dukes filed a response in opposition, to which Barbee replied.
