In this original prohibition, relator Laclede Gas Company seeks to prevent respondent, as Judge of the Circuit Court of the City of Saint Louis from allegedly exceeding his jurisdiction by entering an order denying the motion of relator to file a third party petition joining as third party defendant the Ace Sales Company (hereinafter Ace).
