JOYCE, Judge.

Appellants, Robert D. Harman, Dorothy Harman, and then’ minor son, Christopher, appeal from the judgment entered on March 3, 1997. For the following reasons, we vacate the judgment entered in favor of CHOP, Dr. Parks and Dr. Bernbaum and remand for further proceedings consistent with this Opinion. The trial court’s order granting summary judgment in favor if Dr. Borah is affirmed. The pertinent facts are as follows.

On January 10, 1986, Mrs. Harman took her then eighteen-month-old son Christopher to the office of Dr. Bishnu C. Borah, to obtain an MMR (measles, mumps and rubella)…
