¶ 1 This is an appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Columbia County, which granted appellees’ motion for summary judgment and dismissed appellant’s complaint. Herein, appellant contends that the lower court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of appellees on his claims of private nuisance and negligence. Finding no error in the decision of the lower court, we affirm.

¶2 Our standard of review in a motion for summary judgment is well-settled.
