This action involves the effect of a contract entered into by the owners of approximately 70% of the lots in block 38, Maywood addition to the city of Oklahoma, restricting the transfer by sale, lease, or grant of any of the lots covered by said agreement, or any interest therein, to any person or persons of the Negro or African race.
