Plaintiff has brought this action against defendant upon a policy of life insurance in the face amount of $40,000, issued upon the life of plaintiff’s husband, Drew A. Fowler, and designating plaintiff as sole beneficiary. Defendant has moved for summary judgment on the *12ground that the insured’s death was by suicide within two years of the date of issuance of the policy and thus excluded from coverage.
