LEISURE, District Judge:
This case involves the extent of coverage of section 51 of the New York Civil Rights Law 1 as it relates to the publication of large-sized photographs or “magazine posters” depicting professional wrestlers, without the consent of the wrestlers or the owners of the rights to use their names and likenesses in any and all media. 2 Plaintiff, the owner of the rights of publication of many professional wrestlers, claims that the defendants have violated section 51 by publishing over-sized photographs of these performers.
