In this matter, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (Drain, J.) denied Appellant Credit One’s motion to compel arbitration against the Debtor-Appellee, Orinn S. Anderson. On June 14, 2014, this Court affirmed the Bankruptcy Court, also deny*87ing arbitration. Credit One now seeks to stay the bankruptcy proceedings below pending appeal of this Court’s order to the Second Circuit. (ECF No. 54.) For the reasons set forth below, the motion to stay the bankruptcy proceedings is DENIED.
