This is a suit on an insurance policy. Both plaintiff and defendant are corporations organized and existing under the laws of: Missouri, the former, as such, is engaged in the transfer business at St. Joseph, Missouri, and the latter with its principal office in Kansas City, Missouri, in the business of writing insurance for employers against the hazards of liability under claims of injured employees.
