This appeal is from a judgment invalidating certain separate bank deposits originally made by John J. Kelly in his name and which he afterwards transferred or changed into joint tenancy accounts in the name of himself and Alice S. McCarthy, payable to either of them or to the survivor, approximately two years before his demise.
