The issue here is which insurance company is required to pay $100,000 of a judgment in the amount of $206,765.80 which was obtained by an injured motorist against Delaware Trust Company and its employees. Plaintiff St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company [St. Paul] had issued two insurance policies which provided coverage for Delaware Trust Company at the time of the occurrence.
