In September 1981, acting pursuant to OCGA § 44-14-231 (Code Ann. § 67-702), appellee First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Atlanta (“S & L”) sought a writ of possession on a mobile home purchased by appellant Barnett under a retail installment sales contract held by appellee.
