LEVAL, Circuit Judge:
Edgardo Resto appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Raggi, J.), convicting him, after a plea of guilty, of possessing cocaine with the intent to distribute it, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a). Resto was sentenced primarily to sixty months in prison and five years supervised release.
