The Plaintiff, the National Bank of Indianapolis (“NBI”) filed a two-count nondischargeability complaint against debtor Christopher Paul White (“White”) under §§ 523(a)(2)(A) (Count I) and 523(a)(6) (Count II) for damages arising out of a check delivered by White which was returned for insufficient funds.
