Rennert (Rennert) (collectively Appellants) appeal from the summary judgments entered on December 21, 2009 in favor of Zurich American Insurance Company (Zurich), First State Insurance Company, Government Employees Insurance Company, AIU Insurance Company, Lexington Insurance Company, Mt.
